- Mixing Chemicals Never mix different chemicals. Download User Guides from this website or contact our sales office
- Defoamers FreshClean is non-foaming: speeds up cleaning time and avoids downtime of defoaming scrubber driers and carpet machines
- Glass FreshClean is an excellent glass cleaner. Use a very weak solution (see user guide), spray a very fine mist and buff with a dry cloth or paper
- Stainless steel As with glass use a weak solution and apply a fine mist only; LESS IS MORE - the more chemical you apply, the more has to be wiped off
- Grass/Plants FreshClean will not harm plants or grass
- Inhalation In normal use, inhalation of FreshClean should not be a problem, particularly in the fragranced versions that are slightly moist; unscented FreshClean however is a dry powder that can become airborne. Inhalation is not dangerous but should be avoided, particularly for those with asthma or similar conditions. Refer to data sheet and use appropriate PPE
- Polished floors FreshClean is an alkaline and a very effective floor stripper. Do not therefore use as a maintainer
- Stripping floor polish FreshClean is an excellent floor stripper. It does the job as well, if not better than most specialist floor strippers and does it safer, having a pH of only 10.6 against most strippers that can be 14.0+. It also smells better if the fragranced product is used
- Scrubber driers FreshClean works very well in scrubber driers but the required quantity of product must be pre-diluted before adding to the chemical tank – then fill with water. FreshClean will not dissolve completely so, as should be normal practice, the chemical tank should be periodically flushed out to remove any residues
- Trigger sprays Always use labels to identify the content of a trigger spray. FreshClean’s own trigger sprays come ready labelled with detailed cleaning instructions and Health & Safety information. 5 different coloured spray heads are available (red, blue, green, yellow and white) that allows you to easily differentiate your solutions of FreshClean. eg: toilets, general purpose/heavy duty or fragranced/unscented
